1. Press Start+R type the shortcut "msconfig" then press OK


 -Click Startup Tab



 -Click Open Task Manager

2. Disable some program that we don't want it to run in startup (Select it and click Disable)

1. MS Word
-Press Start+R then type the short cut "winword" and then press OK


2. MS Excel
-Press Start+R then type the short cut "excel" and then press OK



3. MS PowerPoint
-Press Start+R then type the short cut "powerpnt" and then press OK
